Members:
I am trying to find out what happened to the postings. This COULD be just a maintenance or some type of virus action in which drastic measures had to be taken to protect the server. I am just speculating, I have e-mailed the owner of the board and I'll keep you posted if I find anything out.

If the global moderator doesn't know, then it must be a glitch.

I have no facts to back this up, but I THINK the posts might still be here, but for whatever reason, we cannot access them.
When this all went down, I had a window open on an individual post. I still have that window open, and I can refresh it, and it is still there. The pics and the text are still there.
The window I am typing this in, has everything gone in the General forum.
Also, notice that the General forum show a positive number of posts and the other forums show a negative number, and their posts are visible. Very odd.
Seems like a hack to me, by some malicious person, or an intentional one, done by the ownership.
Even if things come back up, I'm not sure it will be worth MY time to hang around, just so it can happen again. It would be like waiting for lightning to strike.
I wonder where the "owner" is. Remember when we had the Troll parade a few months back? Where was he then? It took FOREVER to get that guy banned.
Just my $0.02 worth/

If there is no owner/moderator on active duty, then we might as well go to another forum. The rally point??

The negative post count always confused me. It leads me to believe that it's probably a software problem.
This isn't the first time this has happened. DA and I noticed not too long ago that the older posts had disappeared. Seems like a more drastic version of that happened.
