Should We Report This To Someone ?

So as of now no one really knows what has happened. Some think it mite be a Hack, some think it mite be a sever Prob. It seems that we are allowed to only post like less the 7 polls or threads as the rest get deleted. Whos to say that passwords and e mail info have not been stolen for the worse? Anyone have any answers
