I have a small business in Northern California designing and selling custom prescription, and nonprescription shooting glasses for rifle and pistol shooters. My glasses can be seen on the website at www.hansenseagleeye.com The patented rifle model is designed with a 22mm semicircular bifocal adjacent to the nose bridge in the aiming eye and works excellent with an iron sighted rifle and pistol with a slight turn of the head,as in the Weaver stance. I have designed and developed a combat pistol shooters model which is available with a 40mm semicircular bifocal located along the top rim of the aiming eye lens. This design accommodates the squared up Isoceles stance.

I mentioned in a recent post that my optometrist makes double bifocals for shooters. This sounds like an improvement upon that.

Even though I don't have to wear prescription glasses, I will surely check them out for protective purposes! Thanks
