2 weeks ago I was at a motorcycle Expo and
Arizona Ear Protection www.azearprotection.com had a booth where they sold custom molded ear plugs for 50 bucks. I had a set made. Took about 20 minutes to sit there with the goo in my ears, and another hour later i could pick them up.
Last Thursday I took them to the shooting range for the first time and must say, I was really impressed. I had the plugs in my ears the whole 3 1/2 hours at the range and they were very comfortable.
The noise reduction is awesome. I am down to a level where I had to use the foam plugs plus the muffs before.
I really wonder why I didn't buy those earlier - can't even think of going back to foam plugs
