u dont even understand the DEFINITION of a righ and a privelege. If something CAN be granted or taken away by the State, it's NOT a right, it's a PRIVELEGE. Regardless of what YOU 'think", the fact is ALL RIGHTS come out of the barrel of a gun. you only have the rights you are willing and able to KILL to assert. When you KILL ENOUUGH of those who would usurp something, they quit TRYING to do so, and then, and only then, do you have those rights. When you LET the State take things from you, you have no rights, because you DEFAULTED on your responsibility to DEFEND those rights.
