I'm in Florida and have a CCW its also honored in Penn so can old Mike toss a pistol , locked and unloaded in the trunk and head up tp Penn to see my friends and do a little shooting while up there??? how about other state than honor my Florida permit? can I stop there and do some shooting? someone said that NJ is so strict that you cant even pass thru the State with banned high cap magazines and other banned wepons?? how about shotguns in the trunk???

wow seems like your on drugs or somthing, whats with all the sad faces? your a FFL gun dealer why would you need to have so much illegal guns in your trunk.. dont think shottys are illegal, my suggestion is just to have a few 10 round clips and leave your 15 round clips and illegal shiet at home.

Just to clarify something. Hi capacity magazines are NOT illegal. The ban made it illegal to manufacture them. There are many pre-ban magazines out there that are absolutely legal.

Speaking of high cap mags, since they are legal to own, I wonder if it is legal to purchace them in Canada and bring them home.

Probably defeats the spirit of the law, but an interesting discussion nonetheless I'd think.
