Here it is in a nut shell,
In the State of NH their is only one Hand Gun Lic, its a lic called FOR ALL LAWFULL PURPOSES. My friend lives in MASS and has a lic for HUNTING AND TARGET only.Which means he can not carry a hand gun concealed and loaded. He must have the gun locked up and the ammo locked up in seperate areas. When he appylied for a Non Resident gun lic which is lic to carry he was denied, they told him that he did not have a lic to carry in MASS so they cant give him one to carry in NH.
A man from NY did his reasearch on the laws.Since NH only has one type of handgun lic, they can not deny NON RESIDENTS who are subjected to diffrent lics in their states. So my friend who only has a Hunting and Target lic in MASS, will now get a NON RESIDENT lic to carry concealed and loaded.
Someone did their home work and did the complaining.
