In reference to an earlier post about anti-gun lawsuit brought by NAACP in NY.
"A federal jury in Brooklyn found that the marketing practices of 45 gun manufacturers and distributors were not responsible for fostering gun violence in minority communities in New York City. The case drew national attention because the plaintiff, the NAACP, gained access to previously sealed government data tracing the sales of guns that may have been used in crimes."
