Yes, this is what needs to be done in the nation's capital. THe legislation may not allow CCW, but this is a step in the right direction.

It's giving me hope for the future of our nation that some rational lawmakers, despite their tendencies to avoid living in the real world as much as possible, are starting to acknowledge that gun control doesn't work.
It's such an overused phrase, but I think the over-legislated fishbowl that is our nations capital just proves that if guns are illegal, only the criminals will have guns.
