The Writer of the article is absolutely right; One of those incidents mentioned, regarding self defense with a firearm, happened only five miles from my home, and none of the local news affiliates reported it.

I'm definately forwarding that story to a couple of my "why do you need to carry that thing everywhere" friends.
I think it may need to be forwarded to local news organizations and friends who share our hobby, and maybe try and get a buzz going. This just isn't right.
