Brown Bear/Silver Bear

Does anyone have any experience shooting the Brown Bear or Silver Bear ammo. It's Russian made. The Brown bear states on the box that it's "Bi-Metal". Personally, I love the stuff and have run around 4000 rounds through my Cougar at the range. They aren't near as dirty as the Wolf nor does the smoke smell like a stale fart in an old car.
I've found it for as little as $4.50/box in case quantities.

Both seem to be okay for target rounds,No major problems.The 9mm silver bear jhp even expanded pretty well in ballistic tests.
